Please keep this in mind that we always try our best to give high-level service to our clients at affordable rates.
If some channel is not working or down, we will try our best to make it back online as soon as possible.
Before reporting a channel please sees the guidelines below:
• If the channel is down give it some time. We will swap and restart channels when required. The channel will come back online.
• If all the channels are not working then most probably the problem should be on your end.
• After rebooting your device wait for at least 30 seconds before restarting those (STBs, Cable modems, Routers, Android boxes).
• Try to connect the device using Internet cable
If the channel gets paused at some point simply go to other channels and come back on that channel to see if it is now working, sometimes due to some transmission issue it gets a break and the software stops in such conditions.
For a time you may experience long buffering which can be due to slow internet speed or multiple users are using the same internet.
Cause:
The slow internet speed can be the main cause for slow buffering or maybe multiple users are using the same internet and due to high traffic internet becomes slow. If you experience such a thing while using our services try to disconnect all users and then try again.
Using WiFi to access IPTV can also be the cause of slow buffering because WiFi is not recommended to be used for watching TV, you must use an Ethernet connection to access the internet and enjoy smooth play without disruption.
To enjoy smooth play without interruption connect the device directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.
If it is not possible then try to move the device closer to the router. To avoid devices interfering with close devices try changing the WiFi channels. Also “pause” the video for around 15 seconds and then resume, mostly which will reduce the need for buffering.
If you have just set up your device with our IPTV service and you are using AVOV or MAG box, you will have to execute a reset on the device. Basically, just turn off your device, unplug, and then re-plug your power cable.
You will need to clear the cache if you are using Kodi. If failed try to re-install Kodi.
If you are only hearing sound without any video, do the following settings:
• Open setting in your app or device
• Go to native in the Decoder
• Reboot
We try our best but we cannot guarantee that all channels will work properly because it includes factors such as your internet speed or sometimes incompatibility of devices.
