We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with your package or your purchase and feel it’s not what you are looking for, our staff will do their best to resolve your issue and satisfy your requirements. We want to do our best to give you friendly and efficient customer support. 

We would love to hear you out to improve and sort out every issue, but if need be, we guarantee to provide your money back in 14 days if you are not satisfied with our services. Follow the instructions below to get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Please note that we try our best to follow our policy and refund you as quickly as possible. But due to unforeseen circumstances like payment processors or banks and financial institutions refund can take up to 4 days for the amount to show up in your bank account.

Once a subscription is ended and refunded, you won’t be able to subscribe to our services at Joyitpv in the future.
